DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS

The cost for shipments to mainland Spain is €5.67

The cost for shipments to the Balearic Islands is €7.56

DELIVERY TIME FOR YOUR ORDER

For mainland Spain:

Orders placed with ARTA MODA will be delivered, barring any unforeseen issues, within 24 working hours provided the order is placed before 4 PM CET. If the order is placed after 4 PM CET, shipping may take between 24 and 48 working hours. Please note that the shipping company does not deliver on weekends and this is an external service to ARTA MODA.

Some areas far from urban centers or provincial capitals do not have daily deliveries, so delivery will be made on the first available day by the transport agency, potentially delaying the estimated 1-2 working days. The customer can track their order on the website of the agency delivering their order. 

For the Balearic Islands:

Barring any unforeseen issues, the delivery time will be 48/72 working hours provided the order is placed before 4 PM CET.

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla:

Shipments to these regions are currently unavailable.

Exceptionally, there may be processing delays during the Black Friday, Christmas, or collection launch seasons due to increased workload.
