I've already made my purchase. What happens next?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will be provided with an order number that begins with #AGXXXXX. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout with your order details. Keep an eye on your spam folder! An additional email will be sent as soon as your product has left our warehouse and is on its way!

My order tracking number isn't working

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. Tracking details are usually available after 24 hours (once the package has been scanned), so don't worry too much if the details aren't immediately available. If for some reason your tracking number shows as 'incorrect', please contact our team at soporte@arta.media and we will investigate further.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

If you place your order before 4 p.m., you will receive it within 24 business hours. But remember, delivery is handled by a company external to Arta Moda. See more details on the shipping policy.

How often is out-of-stock replenished?

As these are limited editions and exclusive designs, there are few garments of each design. When they sell out, some models will be restocked within approximately a month, and others will not be available again.

How should I wash the garments?

To best care for them, garments should be washed with cold water and inside out; never dry clean. Do not use spin cycles, strong detergents, or bleach. When ironing, do not iron directly on the print; either place a cloth over it or iron the garment inside out.
