DELIVERY TIME FOR YOUR ORDER
For Spain - Peninsula:
Orders placed at ARTA MODA will be delivered, barring unforeseen problems, within 24 working hours provided the order is placed before 4 p.m. CET. If the order is placed after 4 p.m. CET, shipping may take between 24 and 48 working hours. Please note that the transport company does not make deliveries on weekends and that this is an external service to ARTA MODA.
Some areas far from urban centers or provincial capitals do not have daily deliveries, so delivery will be made on the first available day by the transport agency, potentially delaying the estimated 1-2 working days. The customer will be able to track their order from the website of the agency delivering your order.
For the Balearic Islands:
Barring unforeseen problems, the delivery time will be 48/72 working hours, provided the order is placed before 4 p.m. CET.

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla:
Shipments to these regions are currently not available.
Exceptionally, there may be delays in processing times during the Black Friday, Christmas, or collection launch seasons due to increased workload.
